Refund policy

We offer returns on most items.  Some exclusions apply.  

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  In order to receive a refund, exchange an item or obtain store credit, merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached if applicable.  Any merchandise that is returned damaged or obviously worn will be ineligible for a refund.  

Items ineligible for return include swimwear and all intimate apparel. 

All items marked as "final sales" are also ineligible for refunds. 

All returned merchandise must be sent using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.  Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of receipt of a returned item.  All returns outside of the 10-day return period will ONLY be eligible for store credit.  Exchanges are limited to merchandise on hand at the time the returned merchandise is received.  

All refunds will be refunded to the initial form of payment.
